For patients who receive medication through a commercial or direct-to-patient pharmacy, such as LillyDirect. An initial medical evaluation is required to review your health history, goals, medication options, potential risks, and treatment plan. Follow-up visits are required before dose changes. Medication and pharmacy costs are paid separately. Prescribing is based on clinical appropriateness. 

Monthly payment covers your prescribed medication and access to the clinical support, monitoring, follow-up care, and medication management needed throughout treatment.

Medical weight management is an ongoing process—not simply the purchase of an injection. Continued participation allows your provider to monitor your progress, evaluate side effects, adjust treatment when appropriate, and help you develop habits that support long-term success.

Membership payments are due before refills.

A nonmembership, pay-per-vial option is available. The full cost of the vial and any applicable consultation or follow-up fees must be paid upfront before medication is ordered or dispensed.

Pay-per-vial pricing varies based on the medication, prescribed concentration, vial size, pharmacy cost, and treatment plan. Clinical evaluation and follow-up remain required even when medication is purchased by the vial.
