Refund Policy for County NP PLLC

At County NP PLLC, we strive to provide high-quality telemedicine services and ensure that our patients have a positive experience. Please take a moment to review our refund policy.

No Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of our telemedicine services, we do not offer refunds for any services provided. Once a consultation or medical service has been completed, the associated fees are non-refundable.

Service Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you will not incur any additional charges. However, failure to provide sufficient notice or missing an appointment without notice will result in the full service fee being charged.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as an inability to provide the service due to an issue on our end, we may consider a refund or credit towards a future service on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any concerns.
