GLP-1 Membership

$199/mo

Your compounded GLP-1 medication, custom-dosed for you and not limited to standard commercial doses, with syringes and nausea support when appropriate. Includes dose adjustments with no price increase as your dose goes up, progress and side-effect monitoring, follow-up visits, nutrition and activity guidance, and complimentary InBody scans. GLP-1/GIP Membership

$250/mo

Your compounded dual-action GLP-1/GIP medication, custom-dosed for you, with syringes and nausea support when appropriate. Includes dose adjustments with no price increase as your dose goes up, in-office weekly injections if you prefer, progress and side-effect monitoring, follow-up visits, and complimentary InBody scans. Prepay 3 months for $675 and save 10%.

Weight Loss Access Membership

$75/mo

For patients whose weight-loss medication is covered by insurance or purchased through a retail or direct-to-patient pharmacy. Includes a monthly follow-up visit, prescription management and dose changes, prior-authorization help, unlimited messaging with Ruth, and complimentary InBody scans. Medication is billed to your insurance or paid to your pharmacy. Prepay 6 months for $405 and save 10%. Not a member? Weight-loss follow-up visits are $99.

How the Monthly Membership Works

Monthly payment covers your prescribed medication and the clinical support, monitoring, follow-up care, and medication management needed throughout treatment. Membership payments are due before refills. Medication ships monthly, or you can pick it up in clinic; prepay 3 months to receive a 3-month supply when appropriate. A nonmembership, pay-per-vial option is available. The full cost of the vial and any applicable consultation or follow-up fees must be paid upfront before medication is ordered or dispensed.
